I agree that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by the provisions and terms contained in the Sterling Private Wealth (PTY) Ltd and Sterling Private Client Asset Management (PTY) Ltd Client Agreement and Mandate (if applicable).

I have read the data protection clauses in the onboarding form and agree with its terms and conditions. I agree that my data may be transmitted to external third parties having a business relationship with Sterling Private Wealth (PTY) Ltd and Sterling Private Client Asset Management (PTY) Ltd, including any authorised service providers and nCino (for FICA verification).

I further confirm that all material facts have been accurately and properly disclosed. The accuracy and completeness of all answers, statements or other information provided by myself are my own responsibility. I understand that any misrepresentation or non-disclosure of a material fact or the inclusion of incorrect information could lead to inappropriate advice being given. I undertake to notify Sterling Private Wealth (PTY) Ltd and Sterling Private Client Asset Management (PTY) Ltd should any of the information change.
